Returns (RMA) Procedure

You can return a product to Parts United in the following cases:

To return a product to Parts United, please complete the return form in full. After completing the form, you can send it directly to the appropriate department. This allows us to expedite and process your RMA more efficiently. If you experience any issues with completing the form or have questions, please contact our customer service. Please have the following information ready when requesting an RMA:

Order number of the delivery
Article number of the defective product
Detailed description of the issue
Once we receive the above information, we will process your request and generate an RMA number for you.

NOTE: Electronics parts sensitive to electrostatic discharge must be packaged in anti-static packaging to maintain warranty coverage!
Securely package the product with materials capable of withstanding shipping (preferably in the original packaging) and include all accessories and parts.
In the case of "Dead On Arrival," the product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, including the original packaging and all accessories.
Include the RMA confirmation email in the packaging.

After inspection and testing, we will proceed with repairs or send a replacement if applicable.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your product has been repaired or replaced.
Products returned under the right of withdrawal will be inspected and/or tested upon arrival at our warehouse. If credit conditions are met, the amount will be refunded to your bank account. Don't forget to provide your bank account number with the return shipment!
Deliveries without a clearly stated RMA number will require different processing, potentially causing significant delays.
We regret that we cannot accept returns sent cash on delivery.

Incorrectly Delivered

Incomplete
Sometimes, due to a logistical error, your order may be delivered incomplete. If this happens and products are missing, please contact customer service immediately to resolve the issue.

Other Order
Just as an order may arrive incomplete, it's also possible to receive an entirely different order. In such cases, we recommend filling out a return form indicating that the wrong product was received. When you return the product to us, we will send you the correct one upon receipt.

Received with Damage
Occasionally, your package may be damaged during shipping. If the package appears significantly damaged, it's best to refuse acceptance. If you do accept it, have the courier fill out a damage report. If you find damage upon opening, please promptly fill out a return form indicating Transport Damage.
